AllTownMall is a directory that helps people find independent boutiques and local fashion stores. We don’t sell products ourselves. Any purchase you make is between you and the store.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

Store listings

Store owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including hours, prices, photos and contact details. We may review, edit or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading or breaks these terms.

Reviews and content you post

If you post reviews, photos or other content, it must be honest, legal and yours to share. You give AllTownMall permission to display it on the site and in related promotion. We may remove content that is abusive, fake or off-topic.

Things you can’t do

• Post false listings or fake reviews
• Copy or scrape the directory
• Use the site to spam, harass or mislead anyone
• Try to break into or disrupt the site

Links to other sites

Listings and articles link to stores and other websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, products or policies.

Our content

The AllTownMall name, logo, design and original content belong to us. Don’t reuse them without permission.

No guarantees

We work to keep listings accurate, but store details change. The site is provided as is, and we can’t guarantee that every listing is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, AllTownMall isn’t liable for losses that come from using the site or dealing with a listed store.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
